The ideal candidate is a polished, policy-driven leader who also understands how to prioritize the best interest of our clients. This role will oversee over 30 sales associates across multiple showrooms and provide guidance and accountability to other store managers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple locationsSupervise and mentor over 30 sales associates and partner with showroom managers to drive sales excellenceDevelop sales strategies that align with company goals and elevate the customer experienceEnsure sales team consistently meets or exceeds performance metrics and KPIsProvide ongoing training and professional development to keep the team up to date on products, trends, and sales techniquesUtilize advanced Excel and ERP systems to track sales performance, manage forecasting, and inform decision-makingWork closely with executive leadership on revenue planning and store performance reviewsFoster a culture of integrity, accountability, and client-focused serviceAct as a brand ambassador, maintaining the premium imageQualifications7+ years of multi-unit sales leadership experience, ideally within the luxury appliance or bath industryProven success managing large teams and exceeding revenue targetsDeep understanding of luxury retail sales, preferably in appliances, bath fixtures, or design-oriented productsStrong leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approachExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and forecastingHigh attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional communication skillsCustomer-first mindset with the ability to coach and lead by exampleWhat We OfferQuarterly bonus potential up to 50% of salaryFull medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and holidaysWork with California’s top luxury appliance and bath brandA results-driven, respectful company culture that rewards excellenceAt Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
