Summary:Meta is searching for an experienced leader to join its executive communications team leading creative. This person will set creative strategy, define and elevate craft, and lead the team on creative execution across all platforms and formats for C-level executives.Required Skills:Creative Director, Product and Executive Communications Responsibilities:Serve as strategic creative director to create, plan and deliver on the best way to tell a story on social platforms, presentations (including keynotes for our major events), and other formatsInspire, push and uplevel the creative output of a team. Understands how to tell a story through social-first content and is first to recognize and incorporate the latest advancements and trends into their workPush the boundaries of what’s possible by integrating new tools (AI, wearables, virtual reality, mixed reality) to expand our creative vocabulary and innovation leadershipManage end-to-end production of creative projects, from initial concept to post-production. Coordinate and manage resources and maintain a cohesive visual and thematic style across projects and campaignsElevate deliverables by providing feedback and direction that will result in original and industry-leading content creation. Not bound by limitations, they can envision what's possible and use that vision to show new and interesting ways that technology can impact people's livesWork collaboratively and cross functionally across product communications teams, creative teams, and other stakeholders to build and execute plans to support the C-level executive in leading announcementsBring key stakeholders from communications, product, creative and other cross functional teams along in the process by creating space to ideate, collaborate, and provide feedback. Manages a variety of inputs and deliver a best-in-class designed piece of contentMaintain an overview of the state of projects, keep people informed along the way and encourage open communication to ensure outcomes are well-documented and surfacedMinimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic or multimedia design, animation, fine arts or advertising and digital media12 + years of consumer technology design and digital media experienceFollows social media and technology and has a firm grasp of the latest trends and best practices across all platformsExperience in technology products and managing multiple complex announcements, launches and campaigns on time and under tight deadlinesDemonstrates organizational and time management skills that can adapt to shifting prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:Experience crafting creative assets using AI toolsPublic Compensation:$174,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndustry: InternetEqual Opportunity:Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
