We value collaboration, consistency, and quality—and we’re looking for a Sales Director to lead and grow our beverage sales operations across multiple markets.Position Summary:The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing sales strategy, expanding distribution, and building strong relationships with key accounts and partners. This role leads a dedicated sales team and works cross-functionally to align sales efforts with brand vision, production, and inventory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies for both beer and spirits portfoliosLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and contract clientsExpand regional and national distribution across on- and off-premise channelsCoordinate with marketing, production, and finance to align on brand and capacityForecast demand and collaborate with production on inventory planningMonitor sales data and market trends to guide decisionsRepresent Talking Cedar at industry events and trade showsPerform other duties as neededQualifications:10+ years of sales leadership experience in the alcohol beverage industryDeep understanding of alcohol regulations and distribution systemsProven track record of managing sales teams and growing market presenceSkilled in forecasting, sales analytics, and CRM toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel as neededPassion for craft beverages and consumer trendsPreferred:Experience with both on- and off-premise sales channelsEstablished distributor and retail relationshipsPlease submit your resume to: you for your time,Mackenzie JonesTalking Cedar Brewery & Distillery #J-18808-Ljbffr
