This work is our passion and our responsibility: our mission is to make businesses more productive and people's lives more fulfilling.About The RoleOur People Operations team is growing and we are looking for a talented Sr. People Business Partner to join our small, agile, world-class team. This person will be supporting technical teams, including Hardware and Product Management with their strategic people initiatives. This role will start as a remote role in SFBA, and will eventually be hybrid in the office. People Business Partners are responsible for helping leaders and managers develop and implement a people and culture strategy that best supports their business needs. They act as coaches, trusted advisors, change agents, consultants and thought partners on all things talent within the business.About The WorkStrategic HR PartnershipCollaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support those fluence and contribute to the business strategy by providing insights on people trends and their impact on business performance.Drive the integration and alignment of HR initiatives with business plans.Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.Performance ManagementCollaborate with managers to ensure performance expectations align with organizational objectives and goals.Partner with managers on individual development plans and performance strategies, helping define expectations and instill accountability.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Assesses employee training and development needs based on business strategy in order to help close gaps between current and future skills.HR Project Work & Initiatives, for exampleResponsible for identifying and assessing training program needs for all levels of the organization, determining viable vendors if necessary or designing and developing new training courses as needed.Evaluate and enhance remote and hybrid work environments and resources to support employee well-being, work-life balance, and a collaborative atmosphere.Monitor employee feedback and culture-related metrics to continuously improve and adapt cultural initiatives based on the needs and experiences of the workforce.Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements, provide recommendations for improvement and execute.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring consistency across the organization.About YouBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial & Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business, etc.) preferred.3-5 years of experience supporting technical teams as an HRBP at a tech company, ideally with a mix of both big tech and startupMaster conflict resoluter: proven expertise in resolving complex interpersonal and team conflicts, using empathy and assertiveness to address issues quickly and effectivelyComfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to frequent change with strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsEntrepreneurial spiritProven ability to build credibility with senior leaders and influence key stakeholders to drive alignment across cross-functional teamsBuilds trust, helping to create a positive, collaborative work environment that fosters open communication and mutual respectOperates at the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and personal integrityDetailed, organized and communicative and thrives in a multi-tasking, hands-on collaborative environmentGreat sense of humorAbility to travel 10%Willingness to work hybrid in the office 3 days a weekAuthorization to work in the USABonus PointsMaster's degree in a relevant fieldStartup experience required, mix of both big tech and startup is preferredBenefits401(k) Plan: Includes a 6% company match.Equity: Company stock surance Coverage: 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, and short/long-term disability insurance for employees.Benefit Start Date: Eligible for benefits on your first day of employment.Well-Being Support: Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Time Off:Exempt Employees: Flexible, unlimited PTO and 10 company holidays, including a winter shutdown.Non-Exempt Employees: 10 vacation days, paid sick leave, and 10 company holidays, including a winter shutdown, annually.On-Site Perks: Catered lunches four times a week and a variety of healthy snacks and refreshments at our Salem and Pittsburgh locations.Parental Leave: Generous paid parental leave programs.Work Environment: A culture that supports flexible work arrangements.Growth Opportunities: Professional development and tuition reimbursement programs.Relocation Assistance: Provided for eligible roles.Agility Robotics is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
