We are a home care agency in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County looking for a dynamic, results-driven Home Care Community Partner to deliver new client leads by developing and growing referral networks and partnerships with local hospitals and senior living communities. This is a field-based outside business development role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, community outreach, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.What You’ll Be DoingResponsible for business development within the senior care community including establishing partnerships and networks for direct client referrals and new service starts from local healthcare systems, hospitals, and senior living communities.Responsible for maintaining existing community partnerships and developing new partnerships and services within the region.Call on and develop new referral accounts in the local healthcare and senior care community with elder care industry professionals, organizations and establishments (ex.
