Join us in revolutionizing the healthcare landscape through advanced analytics.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects from ideation to execution, ensuring that they meet client needs and deliver impactful resultsTake ownership of the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for all proposed and existing analytics, ensuring intuitive, insightful, and actionable dashboards and reportsWork closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutionsLead and facilitate workshops with business users to gather requirements, identify pain points, and explore opportunities for analytics enhancementUtilize a variety of data sources, such as patient data, clinical data, and market intelligence, to generate actionable insightsPropose innovative and impactful new analytics solutions that align with business objectives and drive tangible value across the US and Canadian marketsMentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovationAct as the primary point of contact for end business stakeholders, representing GIACO, to understand their current analytics needs and future aspirationsConduct comprehensive assessments of existing analytics solutions for both US and Canada, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvementRequirements8-12 years of professional experience in analytics, or a related field, with seasoned experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is a mustProven experience as a Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on data and analyticsDemonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse business stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and present complex information clearlyExperience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and performing analytics assessmentsDeep understanding of complex pharmaceutical KPIs, including compliance, adherence, and persistenceFamiliarity with IQVIA datasets is highly preferredExpert-level proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard developmentStrong understanding and practical experience in UI/UX design principles, specifically for analytical applicationsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMust be based in Boston and available to work onsite, 5 days a weekBenefitsSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
