4114 S Peoria StChicago, IL, 60609Tel: General Manager is accountable for leading the Chicago region of SupremeX’s envelope business providing regular reports on the region’s progress to the President of the Envelope division. The General Manager will guide the division’s performance, including financial health, operational efficiency, business development, and personnel leadership. With an understanding of P&L obligations, this individual will work with SupremeX the leadership teams to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and sales functions to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.As the leader of the Chicago division, the General Manager will build a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation by energizing employees, building morale and effective team-building to promote inclusion and forward-thinking activities. This role will ensure the division aligns with corporate priorities while maintaining local operational excellence, while encouraging and facilitating effective and cooperative interaction with other Regions/Branches.
