Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$131,622.40/yr - $178,630.40/yrEmployment Type: Full Time, Experienced levelDepartment: Information TechnologyAs an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME), for CGS, you will provide expertise in application and systems software to a variety of key stakeholders. You will undertake an analysis of complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems in order to help define processes and procedures for use cases across departments. To do so, you will assist with and consult on the design, development, documentation, and delivery of standard operating procedures, presentations, and insight/training materials to a wide range of audiences. Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and attributes for success:Assess and, as necessary, re-define procedures and/or standards using your knowledge and best practicesWork with a wide range of key stakeholders and system users to enhance understanding of agency systemsWork with IT and Business experts to coordinate program goals, requirements, performance analysis, and innovation projectsProvide recommendations for improvements in the IT systems and other business venturesDevelop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for process and technology needsDefine how information systems may be upgraded or replacedSupport the operation and maintenance of complex IT systemsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field5+ years’ experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle ReportsMust be a US CitizenMust be able to obtain a clearanceKnowledge of data governance, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation, data analysis, data migration, data integration, and data mapping7+ years of experience with PL/SQLExperience with Agile Methodology is highly desiredExperience with Data Analytics tools, (i.e.: ADVANA) is highly desiredExperience with a UNIX OS is highly desiredExperience with Java is highly desiredExperience with SFTO is highly desiredExperience with APEX is highly desiredOur commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
