The company is developing autonomous systems and data platforms that are transforming how marine environments are explored, mapped, and understood.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams across software, hardware, and operations.Define and implement architectural standards and best practices for robotics, autonomy, perception, and controls.Oversee deployment of AI/ML models at the edge, including real-time inference and sensor fusion.Build scalable geospatial data platforms, APIs, and analytics pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.Ensure software systems meet high standards for security, reliability, and performance.Align technology development with strategic and commercial objectives.QualificationsProven leadership in software development for autonomous systems or robotics.Experience delivering commercial data products and working with mobile robotics platforms.Strong background in edge AI/ML, sensor fusion, and data pipeline architecture.Hands-on approach in early-stage environments, with the ability to set technical petitive salary up to $300,000, depending on experience.Equity prehensive private healthcare coverage.Opportunity to work on high-impact technology in a mission-driven environment.Attis Global Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
