This role combines hands-on analytical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of consultants while also engaging directly with clients to implement data-driven pricing strategies using our cutting-edge software.What You'll DoLead and mentor a team of professional services consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery of analytics and software implementation projects. You’ll foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions. You’ll guide them through the use of our software for data extraction, model development, and pricing strategy optimization.Develop and maintain predictive models to assess risk and customer demand, supporting pricing strategies across multiple lines of business. Your work will directly influence client profitability and competitiveness.Deliver training sessions and onboarding support to new users, ensuring they are confident and capable in using our platform. You’ll also provide ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.Requirements:You'll do it using7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, ideally within analytics or consulting functions.Strong technical expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis, using tools such as Python and R.Deep understanding of insurance analytics, with a preference for candidates holding or pursuing ACAS designation.Hands-on experience with software implementation, data extraction, and client-facing consulting in a fast-paced environment.You'll excel byCommunicating complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrating leadership and team-building skills, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence.Thriving in a client-facing role, building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive measurable business outcomes.Being adaptable and proactive, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value through data.Position Intro:Earnix is the premier provider of mission-critical, cloud-based intelligent decisioning across pricing, rating, underwriting, and product personalization.
