As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an operational leader to help us scale effectively while maintaining our strong culture.Position SummaryThe General Manager will be the operational driver ensuring smooth daily production, enforcing accountability, and optimizing workflow across the business for design and manufacturing business with under 50 employees. This role requires a balance of manufacturing expertise, people leadership, and process discipline.
