Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Life Insurance Products to join a dynamic and growing product team responsible for developing and managing annuity and life insurance products. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping and delivering new offerings and enhancing existing products in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. This position requires strong domain expertise in annuities and life insurance.Key Responsibilities:Drive development and launch of annuity and life insurance productsCreate detailed product specifications and ensure alignment across teamsServe as a subject matter expert across insurance-related projectsProvide competitive intelligence and insight into customer and market trendsPartner across teams to support insurance initiatives and strategic planningDevelop product positioning, tools, training, and marketing materials with distribution partnersDeliver advisor trainings and support go-to-market executionContribute to the product roadmap with insights into customer needs and market trendsReview and update product documentationREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of related product management experience for life insurance productsDemonstrated experience launching life insurance productsStrong knowledge of annuitiesStrong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skillsStrong project leadership skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
