By providing access to opportunities across the spectrum of public and private equity and debt investments, our clients are able to customize their real estate portfolios to their specific objectives.Who You AreBachelor's degree or equivalent10+ years related experience in real estate investment management, including 5+ years of real estate fundraising experience (10+ preferred)Established relationships with a spectrum of institutional investors and consultantsProven sales experience and pipeline development, preferably in the Eastern US and Canada.Must have the ability to travel, approximating 50% of the timeSkills That Will Help You Stand OutDiligent, organized, strategic problem solverExperience working in collaboration with a team to raise capitalResults orientedExcellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build strong relationshipsHigh level of integrityDemonstrates a sense of urgency and energyStrategic and tactical as well as attention to ongoing detailsSeries 7 & 63, Life Insurance certification required within 90 days of employmentSalary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$205000 - $277000 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.Pension EligibleNoLocation(s)We’re open to considering remote and hybrid talent. Locations for hybrid talent include New York City, or Charlotte.
