This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.About the role:As the Cyber Program Director, you will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for large-scale defense programs, managing multiple product lines and cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities. You will be responsible for portfolio-level strategy, stakeholder relationships at the executive level, and driving organizational growth through both active contracts and pre-revenue opportunities. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of defense acquisition processes, and the ability to navigate senior-level relationships within the cyber domain.Your day involves setting strategic direction for program portfolios, engaging C-suite DoD stakeholders, leading RFI/RFP response efforts and proposal development, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and mission objectives.
