Hourly Pay Range:$28.47 - $42.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Executive Assistant, Chief Clinical Officer, NS-EEHPosition Highlights:Position: Executive Assistant, Chief Clinical Officer, NS-EEHLocation: Evanston, ILFull Time/Part Time: Full-time, 40 hours per weekHours: Monday-FridayRequired Travel: Travel to other sites based on department needWhat you will do:Provide administrative support to the System Chief Clinical Officer, Corporate QualityMaintain and coordinate all aspects of schedule and calendar for leader and/or departmentProvide diversified administrative duties to clinical leader/department to ensure efficient office operations.Schedule and plan for meetings including coordinating with all parties involved, preparing handouts, making room arrangements, and sending communication.Assist in the preparation of committee agendas and meeting minutesDraft and edit dictations, memos, presentations and letters with accuracyHandle verbal and written communication: receives, screens, and refers urgent calls and/or situations to the proper personnelExcel at taking initiative and possesses a natural curiosity to learn and improve the current system so it is more efficient and impactfulProactively identify issues, seek out solutions, and ask insightful questions to drive continuous improvement and team effectivenessExplore opportunities for process improvement and inquire about innovative ways to enhance our operations and functionsExhibit a strong willingness to acquire and apply new knowledge and skillsSeek opportunities for self-improvement and learningWhat you will need:Education: Bachelor's degree, preferredSkills:Must be able to problem-solve and perform job duties under pressure in a fast-paced office environmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to manage many work streams simultaneouslyAbility to operate general office equipment (i.e. photocopier, fax machineAbility to act independently, have good judgment, and work with minimal supervision, as well as having the willingness to accept challenging projectsMust proactively seek out sources for instruction and complete projects appropriately and in a timely fashionMust be able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.Must demonstrate excellent customer relations skillsExperience:3-5 years of related administrative support, requiredProject management experience, preferred;At least 1 year at the Executive Administrative Assistant level in a healthcare environment, preferredBenefits (For full time or part time positions):Premium pay for eligible employeesCareer Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and DevelopmentVarious Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision optionsTuition ReimbursementFree ParkingWellness Program Savings PlanHealth Savings Account OptionsRetirement Options with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayCommunity Involvement OpportunitiesEndeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
