Communications & Marketing, Digital Senior Associate / Vice PresidentNew York or San FranciscoThe RoleThis is a full-time role based in New York or San Francisco. Sixth Street is seeking a strategic thinker with digital marketing expertise, preferably within alternatives, wealth management or financial services, to work across the Sixth Street platform and contribute to the ongoing build of the firm’s Communications and Marketing function.This role will be responsible for helping to drive Sixth Street’s digital marketing strategy, covering organic and paid social media, SEO and firm websites, ensuring alignment with the firm’s business goals and brand strategy.This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional with unquestionable integrity, passion for our work, strong executive presence and a proven ability to partner collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and deliver highly coordinated digital marketing strategies.Core ResponsibilitiesWork with the Communications and Marketing team to drive Sixth Street’s digital strategy, covering organic and paid social media, SEO and firm websitesSupport the creation and publication of targeted digital content across platforms, ensuring alignment with the firm’s business goals and brand strategyLead the development of a comprehensive digital content calendar, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approachContribute to the development of new digital assets, including infographics, videos, social media cards, etc.Drive digital reporting initiatives by analyzing data, identifying key learnings and measuring impact to inform strategic decisionsManage social media monitoring, analysis and reporting to provide updates to key stakeholdersLiaise with key internal stakeholders to manage the firm websites and ensure alignment the firm’s brand strategy and best practicesEstablish and manage digital agency partnershipsStay informed of the evolving digital landscape and continuously enhance digital marketing strategies by identifying new channels and mediumsWhat We ValueHighly motivated, entrepreneurial and team-oriented candidates with strong combination of organizational and communication skillsCommercial and results orientedTeam orientation and influencing skillsHigh trust and integrityStrategic and entrepreneurial mindsetInterest in investing and financial marketsPreferredBachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic track record8+ years of digital marketing experience at an agency or in-house, ideally with exposure to alternatives, wealth management or financial servicesProven ability to leverage AI tools and workflowsExtensive knowledge and experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.Proficiency with digital and social media tools, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.Deep understanding of digital content and SEO best practicesDemonstrated ability to develop effective digital strategies for executive social media presenceExperience and success in creating and managing digital content calendarsCritical thinker who utilizes excellent judgment in decision-makingExcellent organizational and project management skills; effective at prioritizing competing demands and meeting deadlinesExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including as it pertains to digital platform copywritingStrong attention to detail when composing and proofing materialsGreat interpersonal skills; builds and maintains strong relationshipsCompensationThe base salary for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $225,000. The base salary offered to the selected candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by Sixth Street in its sole addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. Benefits offered currently include health, life, long-term and short-term disability insurance and a 401(k) plan.
