The opportunityPatina Group, a subsidiary of Delaware North, is hiring a General Manager with an exceptional knowledge of cocktail bar operations for our newest location. As General Manager for this 40-seat craft cocktail bar, you will use your strong knowledge of business finance by monitoring an annual budget, labor control, operating expenses, and PLs. You’ll also use your skills to lead, inspire, and collaborate with a dedicated group of talented chefs and team members at the Diamond Room in San Diego, California.Velvet, mirrors, red leather, dark wood, a fluffy Garibaldi, caviar, some fondue, and a disco ball.
