Join our team and help shape the future of IT infrastructure and system integration in support of critical government missions!Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of integrated IT architecturesManage and mentor a team of engineers supporting internal cyber operationsCollaborate with government clients to identify requirements and develop project plansProvide hands-on technical support in areas of expertiseOversee vendor and subcontractor relationshipsEnsure project delivery within budget and schedule constraintsPrepare and present technical status reports to stakeholdersMaintain compliance with security and contractual policiesAssist the Program’s Financial Manager in collecting Team leave plans and communicating with the Government regarding forecastingQualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, project management, and team leadership (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Active TS/SCI w/ PolygraphExperience creating technical roadmapsExpertise in VMware environments, Active Directory, and network protocolsProficiency in system software installation, configuration, and maintenanceExperience with patch management, shared storage environments, and backup solutionsStrong hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesProven ability to lead and motivate technical teamsWillingness to work on-site 5 days a week with occasional travel between McLean and BethesdaMust remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.Desired:MCSE certificationRHEL experienceSCCM proficiencyServiceNow knowledgeThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
