Manager Neurosurgery Pain and Stroke Clinics

The Manager of Neurosurgery, Pain, and Stroke Clinics assumes a key leadership role in the overall management and supervision of the Neurosciences clinic practices. The manger has primary responsibility and authority of day to day operation within the department. As the Manager for Neurosciences this individual will be responsible to ensure the operation runs smoothly and efficiently for physicians, providers, and patients. The individual holding this position is expected to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of clinic operations. Maintains professional competencies by attending education programs, participate in professional organizations, subscribing to the reading professional journals or other appropriate activities.Schedule:Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. CloudDay shift | working hours between 7am and 5pmOccasional eveningsPay and Benefits:Starting pay begins at $92,934.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experienceSalary range: $92,934.20 - $139,505.60 per yearSalary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rateFull-timebenefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs availableQualifications:Bachelor's degree in nursing requiredRegistered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Minnesota5 years of experience in a supervisory position in a clinic or surgical setting.Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy.Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) preferred.CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
