With a focus on collaboration, coaching, and powerful analytics, we deliver the insights insurance teams need when they need them—creating a smooth, frictionless experience for customers along the way.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the continued evolution of our conversational network integrations, including our flagship Total Loss Assist product and Unite Framework. These solutions orchestrate multi-party collaboration between carriers and service providers (rental, salvage, repair, etc.), improving transparency, speed, and experience throughout the claims process.This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role ideal for a technically adept product leader with experience owning APIs, integrating with partners, managing cross-functional complexity, and scaling B2B platforms. You’ll need to navigate between strategic planning and hands-on delivery—balancing deep customer empathy with rigorous prioritization and roadmap storytelling.We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week.What You’ll Do:Own the Network & Partner Ecosystem: Drive the roadmap, delivery, and scale of our network solutions and Unite Framework—building a repeatable, extensible platform across multiple service provider types, within our core claims platform.Lead API & Webhook Product Strategy: Define and evolve the developer experience for our partner-facing APIs and webhooks to support real-time, event-driven workflows at scale.Drive Execution Across Multiple Workstreams: Manage several fast-moving initiatives simultaneously, bringing structure, urgency, and clarity to each.Deliver Configurable Carrier Experiences: Empower our customers with no-code admin tools to tailor integrations and partner workflows—reducing reliance on engineering and increasing adoption.Translate Across Audiences: Serve as a bridge between engineering, go-to-market, design, and customers—translating technical capabilities into business value and vice versa.Say No, Gracefully: Make smart, customer- and business-aligned prioritization decisions—articulating tradeoffs clearly and maintaining focus on what matters most.Lead Customer and Partner Discussions: Present roadmaps, manage partner onboarding, and confidently engage in technical and strategic conversations with carrier and vendor stakeholders.Collaborate with Strategy: Partner with our Strategy, Network, and Product leadership teams to align execution with our broader vision of an open insurance ecosystem.What We’re Looking For:6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, B2B integrations, or platform/API productsStrong fluency in APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and technical documentationExperience delivering integration products with third-party partners or ecosystemsStrong track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with attention to detail and speedDemonstrated ability to drive execution, meet timelines, and align cross-functional teamsSkilled at customer-facing communication and building confidence with both business and technical stakeholdersComfortable navigating ambiguity and leading product decisions independentlyExperience working in scaling organizations with hybrid structures and distributed teamsStrong documentation and communication skills—able to synthesize complexity clearlyInsurance industry experience is a plus but not requiredWho We Are:Hi Marley has three core values that are the foundation of our company culture, which every employee embodies:Max Courage - we encourage our team, our customers, and their customers to dream big, try new ideas and maximize impact by measuring risk.Be Humble – we lead with appreciation and promote a culture of humility, compassion and openness to learn from anyone, anywhere.Ubuntu “I am because we are” - we believe true success is much bigger than any single individual or company.
