The Division is made up of three separate Business Lines, Autonomous Airpower, Advanced Effects, and Mission Autonomy. Air Dominance and Strike has developed hardware including the Fury and Barracuda Autonomous Air Vehicles and software namely Lattice for Mission Autonomy. We are seeking a Senior Director, Air Dominance and Strike Growth to join the team and help continue to support our hyper-growth Division.WHAT YOU’LL DOLead large capture campaigns, with focus on growing programs of record or similar transitioned programs at scaleCollaborate with technical teams to craft of long term growth and product strategies for the DivisionDevelop and maintain close, trusted partner relationships with offices of senior military and civilian US Government customers, current and prospective customers, as well as industry partners and suppliersAssist the customers in meeting their requirements and capability gaps with capabilities, products, and technologies available or being developed by Anduril and in relevant defense sectorsProvide guidance, advice, and support to Division leadership team regarding business investments and prioritiesFoster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teamsLead initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business / financial performanceDeliver on financial performance commitments and strategic market growthREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate should know target customers across the DoD and IC communities and have an intimate understanding of government acquisitionThis candidate must have high ownership and be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environmentThis leader should be a builder and someone who is adaptive and who can lead new and innovative approaches to marketDemonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligenceDemonstrated knowledge of relevant DoD Programs and platforms, related enabling technologies, systems integration, communications, software developmentThe successful candidate will be a proven leader who has pursued and won complex sales campaignsIdeally have strong connections within relevant program offices and government customer accounts in addition to experience working with classified and/or special access programsAbility to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholdersDemonstrated success in leading, scaling or transitioning programsMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the defense sectorExcellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customersCandidate must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret security clearanceCandidate must be willing to travel up to 50%Preferred candidate is based in Costa Mesa, CAUS Salary Range$190,000—$285,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
