More funding news coming soon :).Join us to build Assort OS — a customizable fleet of genAI agents transforming patient-provider interactions.About The RoleWe're transforming specialty care with AI-driven operations. As we scale from 50 to 170 people in 16 months, we’re hiring our first Head of Partnerships to build programs, processes, and an ecosystem that drives growth. You’ll own partnerships end-to-end, launching and scaling initiatives with specialty networks, EHRs, and PE groups to deliver integrations, co-sell motions, and measurable revenue. We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven, mission-oriented leader.What You’ll DoBuild 0 to 1: Stand up partner strategy, tiers, and operating model.Source & Close: Drive net-new channel deals that produce revenue. Unlock new revenue streams through EHR tegrations: Define scopes with product and engineering, including APIs, data flows, SLAs, and security.Co-Sell Motion: Launch reseller, referral, and co-sell programs with clear rules of engagement.Partner Management: Run joint account planning, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.Enablement: Create playbooks, training, demos, and solution briefs for partners and GTM.Co-Marketing: Plan announcements, events, webinars, and case studies with partners.Leadership: Partner with the CEO and exec team on ecosystem priorities and resourcing.Scale Systems: Build processes and reporting that scale with headcount and revenue growth.What You’ll BringExperience Mix: 4+ years in partnerships or BD in health tech (SaaS experience is a bonus)EHR Fluency: Familiar with EHRs or adjacent platforms across product, marketplace, and compliance.Deal Skills: Proven sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing.Technical Basics: Comfortable with APIs, HL7 or FHIR, SFTP, security, and privacy.Operator Mindset: Build and manage repeatable processes, metrics, and clean munication: Clear writing, strong presentations, and executive presence.Detail & Drive: High attention to detail, urgency, and ownership in fast-changing work: Useful relationships across EHRs, PE networks, and specialty networksTravel Ready: Willing to travel for partner meetings and industry events.What You’ll GetThe chance to build our partner ecosystem from the ground up.Daily impact on patient access and practice revenue.Ownership of high-visibility programs with EHRs and channel petitive compensation, meaningful equity, and strong benefitsBenefits & Perks For Assorties Competitive Compensation – Including salary and employee stock options so you share in our success.
