Responsibilities: Be a coffee & tea expert: Share your passion through training and customer interaction to provide a Total Quality Experience. Generate new guests: Engage with the community and attract new customers both online and in-store. Ensure safety: Maintain a safe environment for employees and guests. Manage store operations: Oversee sales, profitability, and daily operations, supporting store growth. Creativity in merchandising: Use visual displays to enhance guest experiences. Community engagement: Build the store’s presence locally and attract talent. Mentorship: Guide and develop team members, embodying CBTL’s core values.
