Manager Neurosurgery Pain and Stroke Clinics

The Manager of Neurosurgery, Pain, and Stroke Clinics assumes a key leadership role in the overall management and supervision of the Neurosciences clinic practices. The manager has primary responsibility and authority over day-to-day operations within the department. As the Manager for Neurosciences, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently for physicians, providers, and patients. The individual in this position is expected to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of clinic operations. Maintaining professional competencies by attending educational programs, participating in professional organizations, subscribing to professional journals, or engaging in other appropriate activities is also expected. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | working hours between 7am and 5pm Occasional evenings Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $92,934.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $92,934.20 - $139,505.60 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and more!
