Culver City, California, United StatesDescriptionDevelop, test, and deploy customer journeys by assessing product and strategic objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure operational plans, deliverables, and risks are communicated and addressed, especially in global large-scale projects. Optimize performance through A/B testing to drive growth and improve programs. Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, identify issues, and communicate findings to internal teams. Identify opportunities for innovation in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and tooling. Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks for reference and training.Minimum Qualifications8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, including building and launching acquisition and engagement initiativesTechnical proficiency with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys for building automation flowsProven logical reasoning and critical thinking skillsExperience with SQL for customer segmentation and targetingBachelor’s degree or equivalent educationPreferred QualificationsResourcefulness, action-oriented mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguityExperience delivering high-quality projects with attention to detailStrategic thinking in decision-makingStrong team orientation and consideration of team impactEffective communication skills across mediumsPassion for Apple products and familiarity with the Apple ecosystem (Mac OS, iOS, Apple Music, etc.)Note: The salary range for this role is $139,200 to $231,700, based on skills and experience.
