We provide the platform to thrive, develop, and lead in a fast-evolving industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead growth initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, strategic planning, and client engagement.Manage government project submissions and tender applications, building and sustaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation, to meet or exceed revenue goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions, establish product roadmaps, and formulate go-to-market strategies.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to ensure Digital Run remains competitive and ahead of market developments.Represent Digital Run at industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in the technology sector.What We’re Looking For:Educational Background: Masters in a relevant field from a recognized university.Experience: 12-15 years in IT sector, preferably with a background in government tender submission (IT Products), with a strong track record of sales success. Experience in Corporate sector as well as Ex-military or ex-government professionals are encouraged to apply.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and emerging technologies.Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong command of government project sales.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
