This role supports communities in transition and reinforces Kisco standards, systems, and values.Must be willing to live or relocate to a Kisco Market: Southern California, Bay Area, Raleigh, Colorado, or DC/MarylandKey ResponsibilitiesLead community operations in the absence of an Executive Director.Support department heads in meeting operational and financial goals.Analyze budgets and drive financial performance.Resolve resident and staff concerns promptly.Onboard and support new Executive Directors.Assist with training and development of community staff.Collaborate with Home Office for support and reporting.Drive occupancy through marketing efforts.Promote and ensure adherence to Kisco policies and values.Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements.Conduct reviews and audits as needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree required.5+ years of management experience; 3+ years in senior living.Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software.Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.Hands-on experience in developing and implementing budgets.Core CompetenciesOperational leadershipFinancial acumenConflict resolutionStaff developmentCustomer service focusOrganizational agilityWhat’s in it for me?
