Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.The Senior Product Manager is responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Requirement Gathering and Documentation:Write clear and detailed product requirements and specifications.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for the development team.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.Act as the main point of contact between the product team and other departments.Product Development Oversight:Oversee the product development process, ensuring it stays on track and meets deadlines.Address any issues or obstacles that arise during development.User Experience and Design:Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and provides a positive user experience.Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into the product design.Customer Feedback and Support:Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.Work with customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product-related problems.Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Continuously seek ways to improve the product and introduce innovative features.Data Driven ApproachPoses the ability to complete in-depth data analysis to identify ROI and should be proficient in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This data-driven approach is essential to ensure that the products and features we develop are profitable and meet our strategic objectives.Experience with reporting, data warehousing, and generative AI is highly desirable.Examples of other experience:Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills;Professional internal skills, including patience, discretion, and confidentiality;Excellent organization and time management skills; Project management experience is desirable; experience with JIRA, ConfluenceDetail oriented and demonstrated accuracy; excellent writing skills preferred;QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of work experience in Product ManagementStrong data analysis and math backgroundProven ability to create roadmaps and deliver products that generate high ROIsSomeone who up-levels the team and company, not just fills a gap.Excellent writing and storytelling skillsExperience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teamsThrives in a fast-paced environment, a high-energy go-getterStrong project management skillsPrevious experience in series D funding level companies or higherEducation:Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferredCompensation Package Includes:Salary $153,00 to $178,000 USDCompany equityHybrid work modelCompany Paid Health Care, Dental, and Vision Coverage for you and most of your dependentsGenerous PTO and Sick Leave401(K) with generous company matchDisability, Life Insurance and Ancillary BenefitsAnd much moreSan Diego Pay Range$153,000—$178,000 USDWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
