This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of critical technology decisions, shape our platform from the ground up, and grow into a senior leadership role within the engineering team.What You'll Do:Lead the development of new features and architecture across our full stack (React + TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js on the backend)Collaborate closely with product designers, game developers, and other engineers to deliver highly interactive web experiencesOwn technical decision-making and help shape our engineering culture and best practicesEnsure performance, scalability, and security as we scale our platform to thousands of concurrent usersMentor junior developers and help grow the teamYou're a Great Fit If You:5+ years of full stack development experience, ideally at a start-up or fast-growing tech companyAre fluent in React, TypeScript, and Node.jsKnow how to design and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIsHave strong experience with modern CI/CD workflows, testing, and deployment strategiesAre excited about gaming, community platforms, or interactive real-time systemsThrive in fast-moving environments and aren’t afraid to wear multiple hatsBonus Points:Experience with WebSockets, multiplayer game logic, or real-time infrastructureFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or AzurePassion for competitive gaming or experience in the game development ecosystem #J-18808-Ljbffr
