This is a high-impact role with a clear path of growth.Why This Role Stands Out:100+ years of legacy in transportation infrastructureStrategic succession planning in motion — this role is being groomed to step into future financial leadershipA culture rooted in internal promotion, growth, and long-term career developmentWhat You’ll Own:Full-cycle financial oversight: from monthly closes and IFRS/GAAP reporting to budgeting, cash forecasting, and auditsLead and mentor a 2–7 person accounting teamPartner directly with the CFO on strategic financial initiatives and reporting to the parent companyOversee consolidated financials, support tax filings, and maintain strong internal controlsWhat We’re Looking For:10+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience, including leadership rolesBackground in civil constructionStrong command of GAAP, IFRS, and operational financeERP experience (JDE preferred, but open to others)Proven success in audit, forecasting, and building or leading teamsInterested in learning more?
