An LLM in tax law or a CPA license in NY is helpful but not required.At least 9+ years practicing tax law, with experience in partnership tax, corporate tax, and tax structuring, including with respect to mergers and acquisitions.Tax credit experience is helpful but not required.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs.Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-office, team-based environment.At Bond, we are committed to delivering the best legal work in the most efficient manner to our clients.
