Salaries are estimates at the time of posting.Job Requirements:We seek a patent litigation associate with at least ten years of experience in patent litigation, including drafting pleadings, claim charts, and handling proceedings like Markman hearings, discovery, inter partes reviews, and appeals. Experience in trial is a plus. Candidates should have a USPTO admission, a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent litigation experience in these fields. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, discovery responses, depositions, trial preparation, and supervising junior associates.
