This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep experience in regulated, high-reliability manufacturing environments and a passion for translating customer needs into innovative solutions.You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and business development to define product strategy, drive execution, and ensure alignment with FRALOCK’s long-term growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Product LeadershipOwn the product roadmap and lifecycle strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product mercial Execution & Business DevelopmentLead go-to-market planning, including pricing strategy, value proposition development, and sales enablement.Partner with business development and sales teams to evaluate new opportunities, prioritize investments, and support key customer engagements.Operational & Financial OversightCollaborate with engineering and operations to define product requirements, manage cost structures, and ensure manufacturability.Drive cost estimation and gross margin analysis to support pricing and profitability targets.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the voice of the customer across internal teams, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real-world application needs.Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and post-launch optimization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field;
