Principal - Experience Design

Overview Role: Principal – Experience Design Duration: Full Time Location: Boston, MA Responsibilities Define roadmap and blueprint design strategy based on client requirements. Apply usability techniques in user research, problem definition and conceptual design. Wireframe, design and prototype using Axure, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for detailed design and standard deliverables across the design lifecycle. Conduct usability testing; define, evaluate and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) of user experience. Work in a consulting environment with regular travel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 12-20 years of experience delivering solutions in the realm of User Experience Design, preferred—using traditional waterfall and lean/agile UX methodologies. Experience and willingness to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel.
