OverviewThe Program Director (PD) will serve as the primary interface to the Program Manager and COR and will maintain supervisory control over all personnel assigned to perform work under this contract.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary interface to the Program Manager and COR.Maintain supervisory control over all personnel assigned to perform work under this contract.Develop project plans in collaboration with Program Managers and stakeholders to execute various HR projects, including scope, deliverables, required resources, and timelines.Lead teams, manage expectations, and set priorities for multiple clients.Demonstrate strong customer orientation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.QualificationsMinimum five (5) years’ experience in managing human resources operation projects and a minimum of ten (10) years experience working in multiple HR functional areas, including staffing, classification, human capital management, employee relations, and HR systems.Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies and the ability to apply them effectively in HR matters.Ability to lead teams, manage expectations, and set priorities for multiple clients.Job detailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: ContractJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
