Job Title: Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Reports To: CEOStatus: Part-Time / ContractOverviewWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Fractional CFO to support one of our clients. The CFO will provide high-level financial leadership on a part-time contract basis for a large, complex non-profit human services company with multiple revenue streams. This role is ideal for a mission-driven finance professional with deep nonprofit experience who can guide budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance while helping ensure long-term financial sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic financial oversight and guidance to senior leadership and the board.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and analysis.Support grant budgeting, funder reporting, and audit preparation.Monitor cash flow, identify risks, and recommend financial strategies.Oversee compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.QualificationsCPA strongly preferred.12+ years of financial leadership experience, with nonprofit/human services background highly desired.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.Familiarity with fund accounting and nonprofit financial reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
