About the roleWe're looking for a strategic, growth-minded leader to drive expansion across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand (UCANZ). In this high-impact role reporting to the VP of GTM & Partner Marketing UCANZ, you'll shape and execute go-to-market strategies that drive subscriber and revenue growth across the region.As the Director of Go-To-Market, UCANZ, you're analytical, collaborative, and tuned in to the region's media, business, and cultural landscape. You'll be a trusted advisor to leadership and lead a focused team working to expand our reach and grow our fan base across UCANZ.Core ResponsibilitiesLead GTM strategy and execution across UCANZ, covering Crunchyroll's owned platforms and key partnersTranslate regional goals into market-specific plans across content, product, and marketingDrive major launches, campaigns, and strategic deals with telcos, retailers, and payment providersDevelop full-funnel campaign strategies in collaboration with Lifecycle, Content, and Paid Media teamsManage media budgets and test campaigns to maximize top-of-funnel growthLeverage local insights to optimize messaging, targeting, and timingProvide local insights to inform content and product decisionsSet KPIs, measure impact, and consolidate market performance dataPartner with Strategy and Finance teams on subscriber targets and growth planningCollaborate with global teams to coordinate launches and regional growth initiativesLead Regional Growth Summits and cross-functional planning effortsBuild and mentor a focused team of GTM StrategistsWe are considering applicants who are available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at our San Francisco office.About You10+ years in consulting or strategy, with hands-on experience in OTT, global entertainment, or consumer techDeep understanding of the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand media markets (including non-English-speaking audiences)Experience launching and scaling go-to-market strategies in high-growth environmentsStrong skills in business planning, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-makingComfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teamsClear, confident communicator and cross-functional team leaderPassion for anime, entertainment, or pop culture is a big plusAbout the TeamCrunchyroll's expansion is fueled by both domestic and growing international efforts. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
