In 2024, we reached $134M in revenue and were named the #2 fastest growing AI company on the Inc. 5000.About The RoleAs a Staff Data Scientist, you'll work directly with clients and our internal delivery teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how work gets done. You’ll own projects end-to-end: scoping ambiguous problems, prototyping AI workflows, and deploying scalable data science solutions on top of our products — all while interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid role: equal parts data scientist and technical consultant. It's perfect for someone who wants to be hands-on with data science and close to the impact they generate.What You’ll DoCollaborate with delivery leaders to scope, develop, and deploy data science solutions to operational problems through statistical/ML modeling end-to-endIdentify optimizations through deep engagement with customer problems and work to build into a stable and scalable solutionTranslate messy real-world constraints (e.g., inconsistent data, latency requirements) into elegant solutionsIterate quickly based on real-time feedback from operators and clientsBuild reusable tooling and infrastructure that accelerates future model development and deploymentWhat We Need10+ years of professional experience in data scienceStrong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorchSolid understanding of statistical modeling end-to-endStrong communication skills — you can explain data decisions to non-technical stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in fast-moving, unstructured environmentsBe willing to be on-call for our customers when situations ariseStrong engineering background demonstrated by a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science and related fields OR equivalent professional experienceWhat’s In It For YouInvisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.For this position, the annual salary ranges by location are: $197,000 - $220,400 USD. An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials. Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions. Because of this, every offer is unique.
