About The RoleCandid Health is in a critical phase of growth. We were in the 95% percentile of growth for startups at our stage in 2024, and are building out a revenue operations function to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Revenue Operations to establish and lead our RevOps function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this critical role will be instrumental in understanding and optimizing our go-to-market engine, improving sales and marketing efficiency, and driving predictable revenue growth.You will put in place an improved goal-setting, forecasting, reporting/analytics, and tooling infrastructure, and quarterback across the company to ensure that Candid’s GTM teams are well positioned to exceed their goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Candid’s growth efforts across key customer facing functions.What You’ll DoBuild out and manage Candid’s Sales, Marketing & Partner Operations teams to support a fast-growing GTM functionWork with GTM Leaders to translate go-to-market strategy into action, help manage attainment to goals, and operationalize improvements to playbooks, processes, and toolsLead all aspects of day-to-day and strategic sales and partner operations, from managing daily operations & process, quota & commissions, quarterly & annual planning, to deal deskProactively drive change management, and set up new GTM motions as needed, including spearheading a dedicated partner operations function at CandidOversee regular exec and team-level reporting and forecasting, and proactively provide insights to GTM teamsPartner with systems engineering teams to build and operationalize the GTM tech stackHire, coach, and develop team members across the Revenue Operations team as we scaleServe as a key leader on the Candid GTM & Operations leadership team, directly responsible for ensuring we set up and execute a GTM machineWhat You’ll NeedMinimum 10 total years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations at B2B companies that have yielded exponential growthMinimum 5 years managing and scaling teams across Sales Operations and Channel Partner Operations, with a strong eye towards talent managementYou have experience supporting GTM functions scaling GTM teams at least 3x, beyond 50-100+ repsYou’re a structured and analytical thinker with a natural capacity to distill complex concepts and effectively communicate them to a variety of audiencesYou have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative dataYou have a strong bias towards action (you will need to roll up your sleeves and produce one minute and zoom out and strategize the next)You have strong project management skills with experience delivering high quality results in tight deadline environmentsYou have direct experience working with GTM Systems and systems engineering teamsYou’re a master with Excel, PPT, SFDC, and BI toolsNice to HavesHealthcare and financial services domain expertisePrior experience at a hypergrowth startupExperience supporting channel partner and post-sales teams with designing cross-sell and upsell motions, setting up CPQ and deal deskStrong understanding of broader GTM systems & tooling (Hubspot, Marketo, Outreach, Segment, etc), including SFDC admin experiencePrior experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, and/or operations & strategy at a fast-growing startupLocationWe are looking for employees excited to join our in-person culture in one of our offices (Denver, New York, or San Francisco). Our weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely.Pay TransparencyThe estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $220,000 - $240,000 OTE. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position will also include equity, and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
