OverviewEngagement Manager at Angle Health. The role supports the Advocacy team, a data-driven solution tackling rising healthcare costs and care navigation challenges through personalized support, analytics, and comprehensive care to deliver measurable savings and better outcomes for members.Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yrThe RoleThe Advocacy team is a data-driven solution tackling rising healthcare costs and care navigation challenges through personalized support, analytics, and comprehensive care, delivering measurable savings and better outcomes. We guide members through every step—finding the right doctors, ensuring medications and treatments are covered, and unlocking programs that can reduce or even eliminate their out-of-pocket costs. Our team acts as a trusted partner, handling the heavy lifting so members can focus on their health, not the bills. Joining this team means helping people access life-changing care while making the healthcare journey simpler, more affordable, and far less overwhelming.The ideal candidates are eager, ambitious, and competitive individuals who are driven to build a rewarding career engaging with our partners and helping others. While clinical experience isn’t required, prior experience working with insurance brokers, general agencies, or employer benefit teams is highly preferred, as this role requires understanding how to communicate within the benefits ecosystem. You should be passionate about supporting members as they navigate their healthcare, able to effectively communicate the value of our programs to brokers and employer clients, and motivated to ensure every member receives the care they need.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with brokers, general agencies, and employer partners, serving as their go-to contact for all Advocacy-related programsProactively introduce brokers and employer contacts to new, high-value programs and explain how they help members access care at drastically reduced costsClearly communicate the value and details of each program, ensuring our partners understand how to position them effectivelyLead external meetings (virtual or in-person) to strengthen relationships and support engagement efforts. Some travel may be required.Develop engagement strategies that maximize member participation and program impactCoordinate closely with the Advocacy Team to track program launches, member eligibility, and group feedback.Act as a trusted partner to brokers, helping them bring additional value to their clients while improving member outcomesWhat We Value3+ years of experience in insurance broker engagement, insurance account management, or employee benefitsExisting relationships or experience working with brokers, general agencies, or group benefit decision-makers strongly preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trust quicklyHighly organized, motivated, outcome-oriented, and target-drivenAbility to clearly and concisely articulate key value propositions and drive program adoptionSelf-motivated and proactive, with a passion for supporting members through complex healthcare journeysPassionate about delivering best-in-class solutions that address member and employer needs while driving measurable valueAbility to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environmentDriven to exceed expectations and continuously improve resultsBonus PointsKnowledge and experience with CRM Tools, Excel, and basic automation toolsPrior experience in health insurance sales, broker account management, or employee benefits consultingLicensed Accident/Health Producer in good standing with home state within 90 days of hireBachelor/'s DegreeCompensation NoteThe salary range for this job opportunity is $70,000 to $110,000 per year, which is the amount Angle Health anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting.
