RoleWe are currently seeking a passionate and driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our exceptional team. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer opportunities and integrating our world-class products into existing environments. This is an ambitious opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company. What You’ll Do Uncover and drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical assistance, articulating Cohesity technology to both business and technical users. Enable customers to seamlessly integrate Cohesity products into their production environments, ensuring operation aligns with their needs. Develop and lead the secondary storage technology strategy for our largest customers and partners, establishing Cohesity as the primary solution provider in the market. Communicate Cohesity's vision by delivering product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals. Identify customer needs and craft proof of concepts to showcase the value and capabilities of Cohesity technology. Collaborate with product management as a field representative, conveying customer requirements for product development and improvements. Provide project management and post-sales technical support as required, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience (leveling guidelines apply). Experience selling into federal civilian government agencies. Experience working with clients and technology partners to drive successful outcomes. Experience selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software. Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals and secure business opportunities. Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate technical and business concepts to varied audiences. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work remotely and autonomously to achieve targets. Willingness to travel as required by the role. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $133,280.00-$166,600.00 The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment. This role may include bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the company’s comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and other benefits.
