Monzo is investing to accelerate our US expansion. You will help build US-specific products that shape the future of banking there.As a Senior Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team to set big, ambitious goals for an entire product area, and have the freedom to decide how to meet them. You’ll go deep to build a remarkable experience for our US customers, innovate on distribution, and steer unit economics. If successful, you will change the trajectory of the company. You’ll operate with autonomy and have a massive impact on our customers’ lives and Monzo’s success.About the RoleLead a cross-functional team to design, build and grow a new product that resonates with US customers and elevates Monzo in the market.Partner with Marketing, Design and Research to communicate the most important value propositions for customers.Be an active, influential leader and foster a culture of accountability, support, and excellence.Collaborate with peers across Monzo to accelerate progress and leverage additional capabilities in the US team.QualificationsYou’ve got 4+ years of experience building successful, customer-centric digital products in a fast-growing company.You love creating remarkable products and businesses.You have experience launching zero-to-one consumer products, ideally in regulated spaces (e.g., financial services, healthcare).You communicate clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.You challenge the status quo and strive to improve.You ground decisions in data but can move quickly when needed without complete data.You work well with diverse people and can influence constructively.You’re excited by Monzo’s mission and personal finance.You are a fast learner, humble, curious, and enjoy developing yourself and others.What’s in it for youThis role will be based in our downtown San Francisco office.
