The successful candidate will lead strategic planning, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact projects in the beverage industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual strategic plan and budgeting process, including scenario planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional alignmentDevelop 3–5 year corporate-level growth strategies: market entry, portfolio optimization, pricing architecture, and channel expansionOversee M&A diligence and integration: target screening, commercial and financial modeling, synergy capture, post-deal trackingConduct competitive landscaping, consumer-insights synthesis, and macro-trend analysis to inform strategic pivotsLead and facilitate content development for monthly operating reviews, Board of Directors updates, and investor presentations; package complex analyses into crisp, actionable roadmapsPartner with FP&A and Corporate Finance to evaluate capital allocation decisions and ROI on strategic initiativesBuild and mentor a high-performing strategy team; establish best-in-class tools, dashboards and governance rhythmsContribute to strategies that promote innovation and align with sustainability and social responsibility goalsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredExperience: Minimum of 7–10 years in strategic planning, management consulting, or related roles, preferably within the food and beverage or CPG industryTrack Record: Strong record leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity to deliver data-driven recommendations that drive growth and market shareAnalytical Skills: Expert financial-modeling skills and comfort with large P&L statements, balance-sheet impacts, and scenario analysis; ability to interpret complex market data and translate insights into actionable strategiesCommunication: Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsLeadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic projectsIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the beverage market, including consumer trends, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory environmentsStrategic Thinking: Creative and strategic thinker focused on innovation and long-term growthPrimo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium brands like Saratoga and Mountain Valley, regional leaders such as Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, and Zephyrhills, purified brands Primo Water and Sparkletts, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash and AC+ION.
