You’re part of a mission to redefine the future of autoimmune care.Impact: Contribute directly to a medicine with best-in-disease Phase 3 results in myasthenia gravis and expansion into multiple autoimmune diseases.Growth: Be part of a rapidly scaling company with opportunities to grow your career in science, clinical development, and novation: Work on a platform with potential beyond one indication — a therapy that has already shown consistent results across lupus, IgA nephropathy, and Sjögren’s syndrome.Belonging: Join a culture where every voice is heard, and where our shared mission unites us across functions and geographies.ResponsibilitiesExternal Manufacturing (CDMO Management)Lead and manage drug product and critical raw material manufacturing across a network of global CDMO partnersServe as the primary accountable owner for performance, relationship, and delivery from external manufacturing partnersOversee performance metrics for technical operations, quality interface, capacity planning, batch release, and manufacturingEstablish rigorous governance and oversight to ensure adherence to contractual commitments, regulatory standards, and financial targetsDrive cost-of-goods (COGS) optimization and value creation by leading continuous improvement initiatives with CDMO partners and securing favorable contractual termsSupply Chain Strategy & OperationsOwn and lead the enterprise S&OP process, integrating commercial forecast, production plans, inventory strategies, and financial targetsOversee planning, procurement, and inventory management of clinical and commercial materialsDevelop and manage a high-performing team responsible for materials management, logistics, and supply planningDrive integrated supply planning across manufacturing, MSAT, QA, and commercial functions to ensure uninterrupted patient accessLead strategic sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and ongoing supplier relationship management for key materials and servicesBuild and maintain a robust supplier base for key raw materials, consumables, and logistics services to support global manufacturing needsIdentify and mitigate supplier risk, ensuring continuity of supply and proactive contingency planningEstablish vendor performance monitoring frameworks and lead quarterly business reviews with critical suppliersAct as a key member of the CMC Drug Product Team, contributing to the overall CMC and manufacturing strategyPartner closely with Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Clinical, Finance and Technical Development Teams to align operational execution with corporate prioritiesFoster a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations, developing talent, and enabling team growthQualifications & Experience15+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or CMC roles in the biopharma industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleGood understanding of manufacturing of biologics, both drug substances and drug productionsBiologics experience is requiredDeep experience managing contract manufacturing and external supply networks, ideally in antibody productionProven track record in building and optimizing global supply chains supporting commercial-stage productsStrong understanding of GMP compliance, quality systems, and regulatory expectations for advanced therapiesStrategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a hands-on, results-driven leadership styleDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and influence at all levels of the organizationBachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or supply chain; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferredAt Vor Bio, we support our team with robust benefits and a focus on well-being, including comprehensive health coverage, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and a competitive 401(k). #J-18808-Ljbffr
