General Manager

About the roleAs a MyEyeDr. General Manager you will cultivate a collaborative working environment with all associate members to provide a personalized eyecare experience for patients. You will achieve this through partnership with trusted community doctors, vendors, and knowledgeable teams who help our patients see, look, and be their best. As the Office Leader, you will own all aspects of office success including patient experiences, financial P&L, team member performance and development, and office operations. You’ll have the opportunity to share knowledge and collaborate with peers and be the brand ambassador. This role reports to the District Manager. Some evening and weekend shifts required.The wage range for this position is $50,880 to $81,270 annually, commensurate with experience and office location.
