We’re growing fast and are excited to bring world-class talent onboard to shape the next chapter of our growth journey.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Senior Product Manager for our Risk team, you will play a pivotal role in reinventing the financial system and helping our community members achieve a better financial position. You will lead the expansion of our Risk Platform and drive product innovations to tackle challenges in Credit, Fraud, and Risk/Fraud Operations. You will architect the product strategy, uncover insights, and drive execution.This is a Mountain View-based position that requires in-office work two days a week. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000 to $231,000, plus equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.What you’ll doCommunity-Centric Product Development: Stay closely attuned to our community's needs, fostering deep connections and insights to address their challenges effectively.Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts to scale impactful products that resonate with our community.Goal-Oriented Approach: Define ambitious OKRs and stretch goals for your team, driving progress and monitoring metrics for product novation & Iteration: Utilize user research and data analytics to identify and prioritize product opportunities, executing features and experiments to refine product offerings rapidly.Risk Management: Develop and execute a robust risk management strategy for credit and fraud, integrating risk practices into our products and processes.Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.Strategic Communication: Articulate the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and community members, fostering transparency and alignment.What we’re looking for4+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2+ years in Product ManagementBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related fieldStrong analytical skills to inform product decisions and drive metrics improvementDeep empathy for user needs, with a track record of building resonant productsExceptional communication skills to engage with executive leadership and key stakeholdersComfortable in a culture of rapid experimentation and creative problem solvingAbility to foster alignment across teams and drive successful executionCreative thinking and ability to propose innovative solutions to tough problemsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to credit and fraud risk managementExperience in fintech and payments is preferred, with familiarity with risk management operations in financeAt EarnIn, we believe that the best way to build a financial system that works for everyday people is by hiring a team that represents our diverse community.
