The Network is at the heart of this foundational infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesEnable IT teams to perform proactive monitoring and leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies.Identify potential issues before they impact users and gain real-time visibility into network performance.Derive actionable insights to accelerate incident response and minimize downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity and optimized user experiences.Basic QualificationsAt least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred Qualifications5+ years of people leadership experience5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platformsNote: At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Salary and LocationThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Location-specific ranges are: Chicago, IL: $205,400 - $234,400; McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900; New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300; Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400; Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400; San Francisco, CA: $246,500 - $281,300.
