Sr. Product Manager

OverviewThe HT Group is excited to partner with a leading engineered solutions provider in their search for a Senior Product Manager to join their team in Milpitas, CA on a direct-hire basis. Our client partners with Fortune 500 companies, OEMs, and government agencies across diverse sectors, including semiconductor equipment manufacturing, medical and life sciences, aerospace, energy, and defense. We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, commercial execution, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of high-performance products within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires a strategic, influential leader who can balance customer advocacy, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence while driving product innovation and business growth. You will serve as the voice of the customer – bringing in engineering, operations, sales, and business development – ensuring the organization delivers mission-critical solutions. This position requires a candidate comfortable navigating a closed, self-sufficient site culture, building trust with long-tenured leaders, and driving strategic change.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap and define lifecycle strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trendsConduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities and influence product positioningLead go-to-market strategies, including pricing, value propositions, and competitive positioningConduct cost modeling and gross margin analysis to drive pricing and profitability strategiesLead cross-functional teams through stage-gate or agile development processes to ensure on-time, high-quality launchesKey Requirements7+ years of product management, engineering, or program management experience in semiconductors, aerospace/defense, or medical devices requiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA preferredStrong financial acumen with experience in cost modeling, pricing, and business case developmentDemonstrated success in launching and scaling high-reliability products in regulated industriesFamiliarity with ITAR/EAR compliance and DoD programsKnowledge of PLM systems, ERP integrations, and quality management systemsProficiency with stage-gate, agile, or hybrid development methodologiesPlease apply, or send resume to Michelle at #J-18808-Ljbffr
