You will build and deepen investor relationships across North America, engaging with HNWIs, family offices, and institutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience raising syndicated smaller to mid-sized tickets on a deal-by-deal basis and thrives in high-level networking environments. Direct exposure to SMEs, search funds, private equity, and syndicated deal structures will be highly valued, along with the vision to expand and elevate our investor network at scale.Main ResponsibilitiesInvestor Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify, connect with, and cultivate relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors to secure syndicated, deal-by-deal investments.Leverage industry connections, networking events, and personal outreach to expand the investor anize and host exclusive investor dinners, events, and one-on-one meetings to foster long-term partnerships.Develop and present compelling investment pitches tailored to different investor profiles, including smaller to mid-sized tickets.Maintain regular communication with investors, providing insights, reports, and updates to nurture relationships.Take full ownership of investor acquisition and fundraising strategy for syndicated, deal-by-deal investments.Structure and execute investments in smaller to mid-sized tickets, leveraging experience with SMEs, search funds, private equity, and syndicated deal structures.Execute tailored, personalized engagement strategies that align with investor expectations and preferences.Monitor market trends, competitor approaches, and investor preferences to refine outreach and investment strategies.Work closely with internal teams to develop persuasive investment materials and enhance the overall investor experience.Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and best practices in all investor interactions.Must HaveBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Hands-on experience in syndicated capital formation.Proven track record in fundraising, successfully raising capital from HNWIs, Single-Family Offices (SFO), and Multi-Family Offices (MFO) for SMEs.5-7+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or fundraising within PE, VC, asset management, hedge funds, or similar environments.Established and wide network of investors.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.A polished, engaging, and confident personality suited for high-end investor dependent, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Deep investor and market knowledge.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Experience managing investor databases and CRM systems.Nice to HavePrevious experience with AltviaPrevious experience with search fundsPrevious experience working remotely and autonomouslyWhat We OfferCompany benefitsPersonal benefitsEmployee training & developmentInternational exposureWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all submitted CVs pass through the same application process, regardless of gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, race, political affiliation, marital status, disability, age, parental status, or any other non-merit factor.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
