The Community team seeks a customer-focused Director to lead the team responsible for building early access communities to shape product roadmaps, inform launch messaging, and foster community advocates. The Director will partner with product, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure the community is central to how Adobe builds and ships products. This role will lead a team of community product and program managers, driving community betas and NDA customer programs across creative audiences and categories. They will create cross-functional partnerships to incorporate NDA feedback into product roadmaps, share progress with the community, and build infrastructure to make community interaction a central part of Adobe’s product value.What you’ll doLead a team that builds engaged NDA communities to foster product and GTM feedback on Adobe’s latest offeringsManage beta programs for strategic product initiativesGrow and nurture engaged NDA communities for key customer segments that enable real-time communications between product and marketing teams and the audiences they reachBuild scalable infrastructure and processes to support advisory boards, discussion groups, and online spaces for community members to connect with Adobe and with each otherDrive strategy and execution for surfacing insider communities across Adobe’s product and service ecosystemPartner with PMM, PM, and community leaders; brief the community and solicit input on new product innovationsWhat you need to succeedBA/BS preferred or 15+ years of experience in community or marketing or equivalent practical experience8+ years of people management experiencePassion for Adobe’s creative communityFamiliarity with the creative professional and/or creator audienceExperience with product strategy, planning, user-centered design, product-led growth, customer feedback cycles, and iterative developmentExpertise in scaling NDA online communitiesCustomer-centricity and credibility to be a trusted advisor for senior leadershipAbility to work in a matrixed, cross-functional, entrepreneurial environmentExperience building and scaling teams within a larger organizationWillingness to be a player/coach, leader/doerFamiliarity with using AI data tools to synthesize and prioritize community feedbackGeneral strategy or product strategy consulting is a plusCompensation and noticesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $157,300 – $301,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission); for non-sales roles, salaries are expressed as base salary with potential short-term incentives.
